Crafted from heritage oak that was air-dried for over four decades, this board is more than a kitchen tool — it is a piece of family history preserved in wood.

The oak used in this collection was personally seasoned by my father for 45 years. Slow-dried, naturally stabilized, and selected grain by grain, this wood now carries both strength and story into your kitchen.

Dense, resilient, and beautifully structured, oak is a classic butcher-block material known for its durability and rich character over time.

Each board is hand-finished in Tuscany and sealed with food-safe oil, allowing the oak’s deep tones and expressive grain to surface naturally. There is no juice groove, keeping the surface clean, uninterrupted, and ideal for both professional chopping and elegant serving.
