Butter Knife – Tuscan Olive Wood

Small in scale, generous in character this hand-carved butter knife is one of those objects that makes an ordinary morning feel a little more considered.

The handle is shaped from Tuscan olive wood, smooth and warm in the hand, its grain catching the light in tones of gold and amber that shift with every use. The blade is carved to a gentle taper, gliding through soft butter, fresh ricotta, or creamy spreads with natural ease. Simple, purposeful, and entirely handmade in our Cortona workshop, it pairs beautifully with any of our olive wood boards and makes a thoughtful addition to a gift set or table setting.
