At 30 cm, this crepe spatula is shaped from Tuscan olive wood in our Cortona workshop, its wide, flat blade designed to slide beneath a delicate crepe or pancake with ease and confidence. The handle is smooth and balanced, the olive wood warm to the touch, its grain moving in soft waves of gold and amber. Naturally heat-resistant and kind to non-stick surfaces, olive wood is one of the finest materials for kitchen tools that live close to the stove.
