These olive wood box graters are crafted by hand in our Cortona workshop, available in small, medium, and large from a compact 11 × 7 × 6 cm for everyday use to a generous 14 × 8 × 7 cm for serious entertaining. The box form keeps freshly grated cheese contained and ready to serve, while the Tuscan olive wood casing brings warmth and character to the kitchen counter. The grain shifts in golden and amber tones, making each grater entirely its own.
