A meat tenderizer is one of those kitchen tools that should feel good in the hand and these do. Crafted from Tuscan olive wood in our Cortona workshop, the collection offers three classic forms: a round head at 23 cm, a rectangular head at 30 cm, and a barrel style at 25 cm. Each is shaped and balanced by hand, the handle warm and smooth in the grip, the olive wood grain running in golden tones unique to every piece. Dense enough for the task, natural enough for the kitchen, and beautiful enough to earn a place on the counter rather than hidden in a drawer. Olive wood has been a fixture in Tuscan kitchens for generations and with good reason.
