Our SELECT infused olive oils begin with the same Extra Virgin Olive Oil as our flagship blend — cold extracted within 2 hours of harvest from olive groves in Val d’Elsa, between San Gimignano, Certaldo, and Poggibonsi.

Each variety is crafted in small batches using natural herbs, spices, citrus peels, or truffle aroma, carefully infused to enhance — not overpower — the character of the oil. The result is a refined balance of freshness, depth, and elegance.

These oils are designed for finishing, drizzling, and gifting — ideal for elevating salads, pasta, vegetables, grilled meats, fish, and bread.

Blended from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino, and Maurino olives. Produced without chemicals and aligned with organic practice (not certified).

Packed in premium metal tins to protect aroma, flavor, and quality.
