These rolling pins are shaped from Tuscan olive wood in our Cortona workshop available as a handled 42 cm version for precise, controlled rolling, and a classic 35 cm style for a more traditional grip. The olive wood is naturally smooth and non-stick-friendly, its surface requiring no flour dusting when well-seasoned, and its dense grain making it robust enough for years of serious use. Each pin is warm and balanced in the hands, its golden and amber tones unique to every piece.
