This approximately 36 cm elongated salami cutting board is shaped from Tuscan olive wood in our Cortona workshop its proportions designed specifically for cured meats, its surface smooth and naturally hardwearing against the knife. The warm grain of the olive wood shifts in golden and amber tones along the full length of the board, making every piece a pleasure to look at between uses. Set it on the counter with a good salami and a sharp knife, or bring it to the table as part of an antipasti spread it performs both roles with quiet confidence.
