Honey Dipper – Tuscan Olive Wood

The honey dipper is one of the oldest kitchen tools and one of the most satisfying to use when it is made well.

These spiral honey dippers, available in 14, 15, and 16 cm, are carved from Tuscan olive wood in our Cortona workshop, their spiral grooves turned with precision to hold and release honey in a slow, golden thread. The handle is smooth and warm, the grain shifting in amber tones unique to every piece. A pleasure to hold, a joy to use, and a beautiful addition to any breakfast table or cheese board.

They make one of those gifts that seems simple until you hold one and then it feels exactly right.
