This manual spice mill Ø7 cm wide and 13 cm tall is shaped from Tuscan olive wood in our Cortona workshop, its cylindrical form smooth and warm in both hands, its grain shifting in golden and amber tones unique to every piece. The manual grinder mechanism is precise and satisfying, releasing fresh ground spice in a controlled, even flow. Small enough to sit neatly on the counter, substantial enough to feel purposeful in the hand.

It makes a beautiful companion to any dining table and a thoughtful, lasting gift for the cook who believes even the smallest tools should be made well.
